They will legitimately not answer pharmacy request for renewals on scripts that you order in the middle of the week. Mostly just a training facility for new nurses and doctors. Residing with nurses who revel in having control over someone's medication and wellbeing by not doing their job to exert what little power they have in their actual lives. Going through a second pharmaceutical withdrawal in 5 months because of the complete incompetence of whoevers at fault for this. Consider other options first.

I do not recommend the Dental side of Community Health. After having an appointment scheduled for months, I received a phone call stating my appointment was cancelled because the hygienist called in. I called back immediately regarding the message, and was told there was no reason for my appointment to be cancelled, that the hygienist WAS in. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes, and then was hung up on. I called back attempting to get another appointment and was told they are booking past August. Super unprofessional. No one knew what was going on. Very poor communication. Do not go here.

Took my Mom to the dentist here. We were seen by Dr Simon. She mentioned more than once she had been triple scheduled and had two other patients waiting. While that is understandbly frustrating, it does not excuse her complete lack of professionalism. Every question we asked regarding my Mom's dental situation was answered like we were wasting her time, or with explanations like we were idiots for even asking. The whole process was rushed, dismissive and frankly it felt like she didn't want to be there. In the end nothing was actually done to help my Mother's toothache. She was prescribed temporary painkillers and we were referred to an oral surgeon for several teeth to be extracted. Why were we referred when the website clearly lists extractions as a dental service they offer? I do not know, and did not have a chance to ask as Dr. Simon had left the room at that point. My Mom cried on the way home.

Regarding the dentistry dept. First and foremost their in office receptionists are very helpful and kind and the only reason this review is 2 stars instead of one. Do not expect CHCB to respect your time in the way you’re expected to respect theirs. I have on more than one occasion waited over 40 mins to be seen after showing up on time for my scheduled appointment, including today for my 8am visit. They have also cancelled appointments with less than an hours notice. Their call in answering service takes forever and is not particularly helpful either. Also, on more than one occasion I have been given double if not triple doses of numbing when all it needed was time for the first dose to activate. To their credit they are fairly efficient at least.

READ BEFORE SCHEDULING WITH THEM!!!! Wish I could leave no stars. I am filing this formal complaint regarding the care (or lack thereof) and professional conduct I have received from Dr. Bharti and her staff since I have been seeing her for over a year but mainly since November 2025. This pattern of behavior has caused significant mental stress, financial loss due to missed work, and has directly threatened my employment. Since November 2025, I have attempted to have FMLA paperwork completed by Dr. Bharti’s office to secure my job during a medical leave. My employer’s administrator, Sedgwick, has sent these forms multiple times and made numerous calls to the office. I have also called repeatedly. Despite three separate claims being opened, the office failed to return the paperwork, resulting in all three claims being denied. Not to mention I tried multiple times last year to get her to fill this paper work out as well & she did the same thing until I just gave up. After months of being told the office was booked, I secured an 8:00 AM cancellation specifically to complete this paperwork. I arrived at 8:05 AM and witnessed the provider entering the building at the same time. I was no
